If this continues, we will inform the customer of what they are doing and how much work/time it is for us, and if it continues, we will have to start charging extra for such instances. Basically, there is no difficulty or concept of charging extra as long as we can see that the building process is moving ahead at all times. We only have to reevaluate things if the project continues to take steps backward.

For Flash design

Based on the client's provided ideas, thoughts, aspirations, and/or desires, we will create an animation preview for them. We will continue to make improvements until the customer is satisfied with the animation. We only start talking about charging more at this phase of construction when the customer instructs us to do something in a very explicit and obvious way, we execute it, and then they change their mind. Basically, there is no difficulty or concept of charging extra as long as we can see that the building process is moving ahead at all times.

When your site is done and fully paid for, it is totally yours. Until that moment, the data and images are the property of MilePearl Technologies; but, beyond that point, you are free to do anything you wish with them.

That is determined by the project. For example, consider the following procedure for a website design and development project.

• We need to know about your company, your target audience, and your preferences. We will ask questions after receiving your initial contact e-mail in order to have a thorough grasp of your project's requirements.
• We will provide you our quote as soon as we receive necessary information.
• On a secure server, an online agreement and payment form will be set up (see Payment terms).
• The design process begins after the money has been completed. The first step is to make a draft/sketch. We usually prepare 2-3 draughts so that the client has a good selection to pick from.
• The client then either accepts the document as is or asks adjustments. This procedure is repeated until the client is entirely happy with the mockup. Following approval, we will begin work on the first page. The client may now view how his or her new website will appear. If he or she has any small alteration requests, they are fulfilled. We will proceed with the additional pages after the design has been finalised. Throughout the process, the customer may preview his or her pages as they are being generated.
• When the project is finished, the client will be notified and requested to inspect and comment on his or her full website.
• When the client is satisfied, he or she is requested to deposit the final payment.
• Once the payment is verified, the customer will either receive all of the files or we will upload the full site to the client's server. The site will then be tested once more to ensure that everything functions as intended.

The last step is to submit the completed site to search engines (see search engine submission at bottom).
